Jennifer Kozakowski

Jennifer Kozakowski is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in mission integration, clinical transformation, and quality improvement. Presently serving as the Chief Mission Integration Officer for South Bay at Providence St. Joseph Health, Jennifer has held pivotal roles such as Associate Vice President of Home and Community Care and Operations Executive Director at the Institute for Human Caring. Prior positions include Health System Director of Clinical Transformation and Senior Clinical Innovation Advisor at Cedars-Sinai, Vice President of Quality and Safety at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center, and Director of Quality Improvement at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Jennifer also served as Staff Vice President of Communications and Director of Product Services at Anthem, Inc. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Health Care Mission Leadership from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Nursing focusing on Clinical Management and Nursing Administration from UCLA.
