Carol Gallagher

Carol Gallagher has an extensive career in contract administration and procurement, starting as a Senior Contract Administrator at Compliance Corporation from January 1983 to June 1986, where responsibilities included supervising contract administration staff and managing contracts for a small business. From September 1986 to December 1989, Carol served as a Senior Business Management Analyst at Northrop Services, focusing on contract administration and cost proposal submissions for the Department of the Navy. Since January 1989, Carol has worked for St. Mary's County Government, serving as the Procurement Manager and Division Head of the Procurement Division in the Department of Finance, before transitioning to retirement and enjoying leisure activities.
