Alison Devenish has extensive experience in workforce management and strategic planning across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Strategic Workforce Planning at STMicroelectronics since March 2023, Alison focuses on aligning talent with business growth needs. Prior roles include FSI Global Head of Workforce Management at Atos, where Alison led strategies for the Financial Services and Insurance sector, and multiple senior positions at HP Enterprise Services, including Director of Workforce Management & Strategy, EMEA HR Director for Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing, and leader of HR Strategy & Programs. Alison's career began as a Training Manager at Northern Recruitment Group plc, following a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Strathclyde.
