Dave Smith Frics Fciob

Dave Smith FRICS FCIOB has over 30 years of work experience in the construction industry. Dave started their career at VINCI, where they held various positions and eventually became a Senior Project Manager. Dave then moved on to Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure as a Contracts Manager. Following this, they joined Laser Build as an Operations Director and Partner, before it became part of Volker Fitzpatrick. Later, they worked at St. Modwen in an undisclosed role for six years. From 2009 to 2015, they served as the Managing Director, North and Executive Team Member at Morgan Sindall. Currently, they are the Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes.

Dave Smith FRICS FCIOB attended Burton Technical College from 1987 to 1989. Dave then went on to study at the University of Derby from 1989 to 1992.
