Tiago Machado is a co-founder of ST-One since July 2020 and previously co-founded Smart-Tech Controle e Automação, serving from January 2015 to June 2020. Tiago has extensive experience in automation and software development, having worked at Atlas Copco Brasil from October 2012 to January 2015, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of traceability stations and automated systems for Volkswagen's São José dos Pinhais plant. Tiago's career began at Siemens Enterprise Communications as a software developer in 2012, focusing on error log analysis and test automation tool development. Tiago holds a degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Automation from the Federal University of Technology - Paraná, completed in June 2014.
