Becky Reichelt

Executive Vice President at St. Paul Elder Services, Inc.

Becky Reichelt, MS, CTRS, joined the St. Paul Elder Services team in December of 2008 and is currently the Executive Vice President. Becky graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master of Science degree in Management.

For over twenty-five years, Becky has developed a strong passion for caring for persons living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias which has been instrumental in leading Passages, SPES’ award-winning memory care continuum of services.

As the Executive Vice President, Becky feels blessed to facilitate collaborations both internally and within the community for the development and implementation of new programs, initiatives, and partnerships to enhance SPES’ person-centered culture and philosophy of care that ultimately maximizes the quality of life for those we serve.

Becky was honored with the Franciscan Ministry Award in 2015. This system award recognizes a senior level employee for loyalty, dedication, and commitment to the Ministry, within the organization and beyond.

She was also honored with the SPES (Selfless Pursuit of Exceptional Service) Award in 2016.

Becky currently serves as the Board President of the Fox Valley Memory Project and a Board Member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
