Aaron Tsai began their work experience as an Eye Surgeon at St. Paul Eye Clinic in 1999. In 2020, they became the Chief Medical Officer at St. Paul Eye Clinic, P.A.

Aaron Tsai attended Stanford University from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Biology. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota Medical School and earned their Medical Doctor (MD) degree in Medicine, graduating in 1995. Aaron continued their education at the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed their Residency in Ophthalmology from 1996 to 1999.
