Esther Bergmans

Esther Bergmans currently serves as Teamleider Zorg Thuis at St. Pieters en Bloklands Gasthuis te Amersfoort since July 2018, overseeing an operational team of approximately 33 full-time equivalents, including various nursing and support staff. Previously, Esther held the position of Teamleider Zorg (Kleinschalig Wonen) at Zorggroep Charim from January 2016 to July 2018, managing four small-scale living groups for dementia residents, which involved ensuring staff wellbeing and the quality of care. Esther's career began at UMC Utrecht as a Verpleegkundige, where responsibilities included providing nursing care to surgical patients. Educational background includes a degree in Nursing from Windesheim and a coaching qualification with ongoing training in leadership and coaching for small-scale living arrangements and self-organizing teams.
