Paolo Palanca has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Penbrothers, starting as an Associate and eventually being promoted to the position of Business Development Manager. During this time, Paolo coordinated with the Sales & Marketing team to develop expansion plans in the Asia Pacific region and worked closely with the Managing Director to secure sales deals and strategic partnerships.
From 2019 to 2021, Paolo took on the role of Business Development Manager at First Circle. Paolo managed a team of on-field agents and targeted specific industries to bring in high-value customers for the company. Paolo also contributed to strategic targeting and policy adjustments to enhance customer onboarding efficiency.
In 2021, Paolo joined Digital Consulting PH as a BD Lead. Paolo advised multinational companies on improving scalability and expansion through their global networks. Paolo also provided cost-effective solutions and diverse staffing options to clients from North America, Europe, and Australia.
Currently, Paolo is the Sales Operations Lead at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres (Philippines) since September 2022. In this role, they have been responsible for designing and implementing SLAs to enhance operational efficiency. Paolo is also spearheading the automation and integration of data into various project management tools, such as Salesforce, Trello, Miro, and Airtable.
Paolo Palanca obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies & Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their HS Diploma from Colegio San Agustin-Makati between 2010 and 2014. Paolo has also acquired additional certifications such as Sales Pipeline Management from LinkedIn in October 2021, Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2020, and Inbound Sales Certified from HubSpot Academy in February 2020.
