Skip Owens

Skip Owens currently serves as a Veterans Service Officer at the Veteran Administration since October 2013 and is a student at St. Vincent's College from August 2019 to the present. Owens pursued higher education at La Roche University, focusing on Leadership & Professional Development and Communication from 2015 to 2017, and attended Duquesne University from 2013 to 2015. Earlier education includes a high school diploma from Mt. Lebanon Senior High School and a Mobile Audio Master Installer Certificate from Parkway West Area Vo-Tech, both completed in 1996, as well as studies in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology at Fayetteville Technical Community College from 1997 to 1998.
