Justin Reed has a strong background in engineering and operations management, with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Justin has held various roles at companies such as Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, St. Jude Medical, ReVision Optics, Highlife Medical Inc, and STAAR Surgical, where they have demonstrated their expertise in manufacturing, quality, and product development. Justin's most recent position is as Sr. Director Global Facilities & Engineering at STAAR Surgical, where they oversee engineering operations on a global scale.

Justin Reed earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine between 2003-2007.
