Kristin West

Kristin West began their work experience in 2007 at MEDA as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, later transitioning to a Sales Training Representative. Kristin then moved to Meda Pharmaceuticals in 2011, where they held the role of District Manager, showcasing skills in leadership and innovative customer solutions. Kristin further advanced their career with roles at Johnson and Johnson Vision, serving as a District Manager and later as a Senior District Manager and a Director of Refractive and Laser Sales. Kristin then progressed to Johnson & Johnson as the Head of U.S. Teaching Institutions before taking on the role of Area Director at STAAR Surgical in 2023. Kristin's career journey demonstrates their expertise in sales management, leadership, and strategic planning across the pharmaceutical and medical device industry.

Kristin West obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern College. Kristin pursued their Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing at the University of Tampa from 2002 to 2007.
