Melinda Quach, CPP has over 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management. Melinda worked at Latham & Watkins as a Payroll Supervisor for a decade before transitioning to CL Builders & Development Inc. as a Payroll and Compensation Manager. Currently, Melinda is the Director of Payroll and Benefits at STAAR Surgical. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, Melinda has demonstrated expertise in managing payroll operations and implementing procedures to increase efficiency.
