Jolson Pham

Jolson Pham, SPHR has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR Manager at SDI Media in 2001. Jolson later moved on to roles such as HR Director at Newegg, Exam Developer at HRCI/SHRM, and Sr. Human Resources at Alcon Labs. Jolson'smost recent positions include Sr. Global HR Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition at STAAR Surgical, where they have been contributing since 2015.

Jolson Pham, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley. Jolson also obtained a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of La Verne and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. In 2006, they earned the Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute-HRCI. Additionally, they hold a Graduate Certificate in Career Counseling from Chapman University.
