Nick Wynand

Nick Wynand has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and customer service industries. Nick began their career in 2005 as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In this role, they met and surpassed monthly sales goals by learning and developing proper sales techniques, delivered exceptional customer service to both clients and customers, and trained and developed new employees on sales techniques and the branches daily operations. In 2008, they moved to Maxim Healthcare Services as a Recruitment Specialist, where they performed healthcare recruiting needs for the nurse staffing division and specialized in providing contract, temp-to-perm, per diem, and direct hire personnel to practically every segment of the healthcare market. In 2009, they joined Emerald Health Services as a Senior Manager of Account Management, Senior Account Manager, Per Diem Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. In this role, they recruited, staffed, and managed travel and per diem nurse candidates for client accounts, negotiated salary and contract requirements, maintained existing and developed new client relationships in the Per Diem Nurse Staffing Division, and qualified and managed internal recruiters nurse candidate leads to the division. Finally, in 2018, Nick joined Stability Healthcare as the Director of Operations and Director of Account Management and Business Development.

Nick Wynand attended Mira Costa High School from 1997 to 2001. Nick then went on to pursue a B.S. in Economics at San Diego State University, graduating in 2005.
