Dachi Gubadze has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dachi worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Stack, a spatial and multiplayer browser for internet multitaskers. In this role, they were responsible for fundraising, hiring, customer success, and SEO. Dachi successfully raised $2.5 million from 11 investors, scaled the company from 4 to 19 employees, built functional customer support systems, and increased website traffic to 500K monthly visitors.

Prior to that, Dachi worked as a Research Scientist at United Nations University-MERIT. Here, they focused on exploring the social, political, and economic factors that drive technological innovation and access to knowledge.

Dachi also served as the Head of Operations at NextMart Holdings Limited, where they played a key role in managing operations at the company.
