Karina O'Friel

Karina O'Friel has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Strategic Customer Success for the EMEA & US East Team at Stack Overflow since March 2020. Previously, O'Friel held various roles at Stack Overflow, progressing from Account Manager to Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager. Before joining Stack Overflow, O'Friel worked at Mapbox as Manager of the Renewals Team and Strategic Account Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Reed Exhibitions US as Account Executive, at Mohawk Industries as Admin Manager, and as a Research Fellow at the College of the Holy Cross. O'Friel earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the College of the Holy Cross, and attended the University of Mary Washington for the same degree.
