Dhruv Arora

Dhruv Arora has extensive experience working in various roles and positions. In 2009, they started their career as a Trainee at Dynacom Tankers Management, Ltd. During their time there, they participated in yard delivery of a new ship and was involved in an 18-day uninterrupted loading operation in rough weather. Dhruv then progressed to become an Assistant Manager in Route Planning, a Manager in Route Planning, and finally a Manager in Operations. In 2021, Dhruv worked as a Management Trainee at Livpure Smart. Following that, they joined ElasticRun in 2022 as a Senior Manager, where they led a team and piloted an optimization project that reduced delivery costs. Currently, Dhruv is employed at StackBOX as a Project Manager.

Dhruv Arora has a diverse education history. In 2008, they attended Montfort Senior Secondary School. Following that, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued a DNS in Nautical Science at the International Maritime Institute in Noida. From 2008 to 2012, they studied at the Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nautical Science.

In 2012, Dhruv obtained a Certificate of Competency - Second Mate from the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. Dhruv further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Certificate of Competency - Chief Mate in 2017 from the same institution.

Most recently, in 2021, Dhruv enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, completing a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General as part of the EPGP class of 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dhruv also obtained additional certifications. In October 2021, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from KPMG. Earlier, in May 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Competency - Chief Mate from the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India.
