Sarah O'Toole

Sarah O'Toole has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Sarah currently holds the position of VP, People at StackCommerce since 2023. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Sonos, Inc. where they held various roles including Senior Director, People Operations from September 2018 to January 2023, Senior HR Business Partner from December 2015 to September 2018, and Senior HR Project Manager from December 2014 to December 2015.

Before joining Sonos, Inc., Sarah held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Commonwealth of Massachusetts from May 2013 to December 2014. Sarah also served as the Director of Operations from April 2012 to May 2013 and as Chief of Staff, Division of Unemployment Assistance from October 2008 to April 2012 in the same organization.

Sarah's earlier work experiences include serving as Vice President at Initiative for a Competitive Inner City from January 2006 to October 2008, as Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager at City Year from July 2002 to December 2005, and as a Consultant at Dove Consulting from August 2000 to April 2002. Sarah started their career as a Staff Assistant at the U.S. Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources from 1996 to 1998 and as a Merger Analyst, Outstanding Scholars Honors Program at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division from 1995 to 1996.

Sarah O'Toole has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. Sarah also has obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
