Omar Karamat

Omar Karamat is the Head of Product Delivery at Stacker. Omar has over 20 years of experience in product delivery and quality assurance. Omar has worked at Stacker for the past year and a half, and was previously the Head of Agile Delivery & QA at Tide.

At Stacker, Omar is responsible for enabling better outcomes across the product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, delivery to validation. Omar is also responsible for proactive improvements of incidents, releases, testing and defects, and escalation management for customer incidents.

Under Omar's leadership, the product delivery team at Stacker has seen significant improvements in cycle time and quality. In their previous role at Tide, they were responsible for introducing and scaling Agile ways of working, test engineering and support practices across the organization. Omar also led the production support operations team and implemented a number of process improvements that resulted in reduced time to market for mobile and web apps.
