Aarti Sura

Aarti Sura currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Stacksphere since March 2024. Previously, Aarti held various leadership roles at Three Ships from June 2010 to September 2024, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Catawba Valley Health System from 2015 to 2021 and participating on the Board of Directors for organizations such as the United Arts Council of Catawba County and the Catawba Science Center. Aarti also gained experience as Director of Strategic Partnerships at New Profit Inc. and as a Financial Analyst at McColl Partners. Aarti holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
