Dmitry Maximov

Dmitry Maximov has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and leadership. Dmitry is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at StackState since 2022. Before that, Dmitry founded and served as the CPO of Walks With Folks, a tech-enabled tour company, from 2016 to 2022. Under their leadership, the company achieved top rankings on TripAdvisor and received glowing reviews from more than 9000 travelers.

Prior to that, Dmitry worked as a Product Lead at TWICE digital agency from 2016 to 2021. There, they led remote teams in the design, development, and launch of various projects, including websites, CRM platforms, and marketing campaign planning tools. Dmitry also managed product management and UX design for an educational platform.

In 2017, Dmitry led the design, development, and launch of an MVP for INMASSIVE, a startup focused on streamlining the interior design process. The startup was later acquired by PIK Group, a leading Russian construction and development company.

Earlier in their career, Dmitry worked at Comindware from 2011 to 2016. Dmitry held multiple roles, including Product Director, Head of Product, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. During their time at Comindware, they successfully led the design, development, and launch of low-code application development platforms, project management and collaboration products, and workflow automation product features. Dmitry also managed teams of product managers and cross-functional product teams and implemented user-centric design processes.

Dmitry Maximov completed their Master of Science degree in Business Informatics from State University — Higher School of Economics from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Technology from Omsk State Transport University (OSTU) from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Dmitry has also pursued various certifications and training programs. Some of the certifications they have obtained include "The Complete 2021 Flutter Development Bootcamp with Dart" from London App Brewery in August 2021, "The Complete Web Development Course" from London App Brewery in 2021, and "Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO" from eLama in 2019.

Dmitry has also obtained certifications such as "UX design of complex systems" from AGIMA in April 2017, "HTML, CSS, Javascript" from CodeAcademy in 2016, and various courses on managing innovations, design thinking, products and service design, interface design and human-computer interaction, gamification, machine learning and human behavior from Coursera in 2013.

Furthermore, Dmitry participated in a training program for CEOs and employees of innovative enterprises on the creation and development of innovative companies. Dmitry visited leading startups and incubators in Switzerland and learned about their business models and product development processes in 2011 in the Greater Geneva Bern area.
