Usman Naseem - PMP®, EIT

Usman Naseem has a diverse work experience, with roles in various companies and industries. Usman is currently working as a Program Manager at StackTeck Systems Ltd. since December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Technical Project Coordinator at JMP Solutions from November 2021 to December 2022.

From October 2020 to December 2021, Usman worked at SSI SCHÄFER as an Automation Field Service professional. In this role, they were responsible for commissioning and maintenance of various PLC and PCX based Automated Warehouse systems. Usman oversaw the production of the warehouse for fast-moving products using SCADA and worked on Cognex Vision system in conjunction with Kuka Robots. Usman also troubleshooted equipment using Siemens Simatic S7 PLCs, E-Plans, and mechanical drawings. Usman collaborated with various departments in a multicultural environment to support the production team and executed preventive maintenance plans.

Before that, from July 2020 to October 2020, Usman worked as a Repair Specialist at Danby Appliances.

From May 2019 to May 2020, Usman held the position of Regional Manager at Opus. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager from March 2017 to May 2019 and as a Project Engineer from October 2015 to March 2017 at the same company. As a Project Engineer, Usman was responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment in all 39 stations throughout the whole province of Punjab, Pakistan. Usman also provided training and management to field staff and line managers for vehicle inspection and company S.O.

Usman started their career as a Design Engineer at AEDesign (pvt) Ltd from August 2013 to September 2015.

Usman Naseem - PMP®, EIT completed their Bachelors of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, specializing in robotics engineering, from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their degree, Usman Naseem also holds the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification (LSSWB) obtained from the Management and Strategy Institute in July 2020, and the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification obtained from the Project Management Institute in October 2021.
