Jeroen Lannoo serves as the Diensthoofd ICT at Stad Menen since February 2019, overseeing a team of 5.5 FTE and being responsible for the organization and management of the IT service, as well as the operational administration of the entire ICT infrastructure. Key projects include migrating to Exchange Online, optimizing print services, replacing firewalls, implementing Meraki switches, rolling out Office 365, and migrating to Topdesk 6 SaaS. Prior experience includes a Senior System Engineer role at Trustteam, where Jeroen worked on installing and supporting IT environments for SMEs, an ICT system engineer position at Roger & Roger focusing on network maintenance and helpdesk support, and an IT role at Taxipost handling EDI setups while serving as the internal IT liaison with Bpost. Jeroen began the professional journey as a support engineer at Ideal group of companies after earning a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Communication Technology from PIH.
