Alena Bartsch

Alena Bartsch currently serves as the Business Excellence Manager for Technical Operations at STADA Group, where responsibilities include driving business excellence, process improvements, and strategic decision-making within the TechOps organization. Previously, Alena held the position of Finance Business Partner for Global Operations, implementing performance tracking and process redefinitions in collaboration with the Senior Vice President. Prior experience includes consulting at Accenture, supporting business transformations in various industries with a focus on finance and enterprise performance management, and multiple financial analyst roles at Freudenberg Oil & Gas Technologies, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and closing processes for global business units. Alena began a professional career with an internship at Freudenberg Group after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cooperative State University Mannheim.
