Jens Linzner

Jens Linzner is the founder of Happy Customer Agency, established in May 2024, where expertise includes managing CRM systems and providing community management services on the Skool platform. Since February 2019, Jens has served in IT-Service and Administration for the city of Dortmund, focusing on hardware and software support in local schools. Additionally, Jens operates Linzner IT-Service as a sole entrepreneur since April 2022, delivering IT services to private individuals. Previous experience includes roles as a tram driver at DSW21 from January 2011 to January 2019 and as an IT-System Elektroniker at Spedition drees from November 2009 to November 2010. Jens also worked as an IT support expert at rku.it GmbH in early 2009. Educational qualifications include a degree in Betriebswirt with a focus on Personalmanagement from Robert Schumann Berufskolleg Dortmund and training as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration from rku.it.
