Philip Cohen

Philip Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Amtsleiter Bereich Infrastruktur and Leiter Hauptabteilung Infrastruktur at Stadt Winterthur since April 2022, Philip previously held leadership positions at Kanton Zürich and Pflegezentren der Stadt Zürich. With a strong background in pricing strategy developed at Givaudan and SWAROVSKI, Philip has also gained early career experience at Boston Consulting Group, Kraft Foods, Deloitte Consulting, and Kantonspolizei Basel-Stadt. Philip holds an Executive MBA from the University of St.Gallen and a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Bern.
