Inga Hettstedt

Inga Hettstedt has extensive experience in administration, marketing, communication, and coaching. Currently serving as the Leiterin Verwaltung und Marketing/Kommunikation for Thüringer Zoopark Erfurt since February 2007, Inga also oversees personal development, internal communication, and conflict consulting. In addition, Inga operates as a certified systemic coach and freelance speaker with halloPerspektive since November 2019, and has a longstanding role as a journalist and author with Mediengruppe Thüringen since April 2004. Inga's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Journalism from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, a graduate study in Administrative Sciences from Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften, and a certification in systemic coaching from ABIS Akademie. Education was further enhanced with an Erasmus scholarship at the University of East London.
