Carola Wagener

Carola Wagener serves as Geschäftsleitung at move+ Accelerator since August 2023, co-founding the StartupBW Accelerator in collaboration with ZF Group, Zeppelin Universität, and Stadtwerk am See. Currently, Carola holds the position of Projekt- und Prozessmanagerin in Unternehmensentwicklung & Innovationen at Stadtwerk am See GmbH & Co. KG since October 2022, focusing on energy supply, mobility, and telecommunications. Previous roles include Projektmanagerin Transformation at Schwäbisch Media, where leadership of transformation projects and consulting for project managers were key responsibilities. Carola also has extensive experience in project management and process optimization across various companies, including SV Kaufmännischer Service GmbH & Co. KG and Westdeutsche Zeitung GmbH & Co.KG. Carola's early career involved significant roles at WZ Media GmbH and Schwäbische Zeitung, contributing to strategic company developments and managing substantial teams. Carola holds a degree as Dipl. Betriebswirtin (FH) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten.
