Alexander Baier

Alexander Baier is currently working at Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG as a Department Head for HR Digitalization and Performance Management. Alexander also holds the title of HR-IT Project Manager, leading projects related to SAP SuccessFactors and HR data analysis. Prior to this, Alexander worked at Loh Services GmbH & Co. KG as a Specialist for Personal Processes, focusing on SAP BW projects and HR management dashboards. Alexander took a sabbatical to travel around the world before joining Stadtwerke Düsseldorf AG. Earlier in their career, Alexander was an Assistant in Human Resource Management at HALFEN, specializing in HR-Controlling. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
