Nina Baumann

Nina Baumann is currently working at Stadtwerke Heidelberg GmbH as Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung. Nina has a background in training, coaching, leadership development, and change management. Nina also works as a freelance trainer and moderator for various institutions, focusing on moderation, visualizations, and teamwork. In the past, Nina held positions at Internationaler Bund (IB) and KinderHelden, where Nina was involved in leadership development, E-Learning, and CSR projects. Nina has a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Nina is also a certified INSIGHTS MDI ® Consultant and a Systemic Business Coach and Team Consultant.
