Rich Welch has over two decades of experience in retail management, ranging from store manager roles at companies like Spencer Gifts and Hot Topic to their current position as Solutions Deployment Manager at Staff Management | SMX. Rich also has experience as a Multi-Unit Area Manager at Suncoast Motion Picture Company. Rich attended Independence Community College from 1986 to 1987.
