Sr. IT Project Manager at Staff Tech

Catherine McNeill has been working in the Information Technology and Services industry since 2001. Catherine began their career at DST Output as a Project Analyst, where they were responsible for creating input data mapping documentation, technical software documentation, and project management contracts. In 2005, they joined the Sacramento Superior Court as an Information Technology Analyst II. In this role, they were responsible for serving as a direct conduit between business operations and IT, representing the business perspective, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and testing and training users. Catherine also maintained project tasks, issues, change management tracking, and status reporting of a software development implementation project. In 2019, they joined the Judicial Council of California as a Senior Technology Analyst. Here, they were responsible for both software development project management and IT analyst tasks such as organizing requirements gathering sessions, writing/maintaining/prioritizing and acceptance of incidents, user stories, change requests, defects, product backlog, and enhancements. Currently, they are working as a Sr. IT Project Manager at Staff Tech, Inc (STI).

Catherine McNeill holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Certificate from Oracle University in Oracle Database 11g; Introduction to SQL Ed 1, Oracle Database: Program with PL/SQL Ed 1, obtained in 2010. Catherine also holds a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance obtained in September 2020, a Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA\u00ae) from the IIBA obtained in March 2016, and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP\u00ae ) certification from the IIBA obtained in April 2016.
