Jorge Matos

Jorge Matos has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to recruitment, human resources, and management. Jorge most recently worked at Staffbase as the Team Lead Recruitment Europe. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Taxfix, OLX Group, Zalando SE, and AkzoNobel, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, tech recruitment, and global HR operations. Jorge also has experience in credit recovery management and volunteer work at Parque Expo 98. Overall, they have a diverse background in HR and recruitment, with a focus on technology and talent acquisition.

Jorge Matos completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics at Universidade do Minho from 1999 to 2004. In 2011-2012, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Delft University of Technology, where they focused on the Management of Technology. Jorge also pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Universidade Técnica de Lisboa starting in 2010.
