Matthias König

Matthias König's work experience includes being an Onboarding Project Lead at Staffbase since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mynewsdesk as the Deputy Director Customer Service from January 2017 to May 2021 and as the Customer Service Manager from October 2013 to November 2016. Before joining Mynewsdesk, Matthias was the Head of Media Research and Support Manager at ddp-direct GmbH from May 2013 to September 2013. Matthias also gained experience as a PR-Assistant, Volunteer, Freelancer, and Project Manager at HOSS PR Agency from July 2009 to April 2012.

Matthias König obtained a degree in Politikwissenschaft (Political Science) from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2003 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in Work Safety, GDPR, Presentation Techniques, and Conflict Moderation from various institutions such as VBG - Ihre gesetzliche Unfallversicherung, TÜV Rheinland Group, and SanData IT-Trainingszentrum GmbH between the years 2010 and 2018.
