Shelly Doering

Shelly Doering has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shelly began their career at Affinity Health System, where they held various roles, including I.S. Customer Support Facilitator, Programmer/Analyst-Business Financial Systems, Network Systems Analyst, and Privacy/Security Officer. From there, they moved on to Ministry Health Care, where they served as the Director of IT User Services, overseeing service delivery, change management, desktop support, production operations, and user security and account management. Shelly then joined Network Health WI as the Director of IT Applications, where they provided leadership and focused on using technology to enhance operations and enable the business strategy. After that, Shelly worked as the IT Director at TotalMed, Inc., before joining StaffBot as the Senior Director of Transformation. Shelly was later promoted to Vice President at StaffBot, a position they currently hold.

Shelly Doering earned their Associate of Arts and Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley between 1994 and 1997. Shelly then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems.
