Marc Prine PhD

Marc Prine PhD has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Intern at Canon Financial Services, Inc. Marc then worked as a Human Capital Management Intern / Consultant at SMART Business Advisory and Consulting from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Marc became a Manager at Grant Thornton LLP. From 2013 to 2015, Marc was an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. From 2015 to 2018, Marc was the Director of Talent Consulting and Assessment at Taylor Strategy Partners, where they were responsible for designing and delivering executive/ leadership assessments for both external and internal candidates. In 2018, Marc became an Industrial / Organizational Psychologist at MIP Consulting LLC, where they focused on the interaction between the socialization of new employees and employee engagement. Marc Prine PhD obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010. Marc also obtained a BA in Psychology from Temple University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a Hogan Assessment certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2020 and a Thrive 360 Coach certification from Thrive Leadership in July 2018.
