Filip Sobel is the Founder and CEO of Staffly, an HR Tech startup established in December 2020, which focuses on personalized assessments for personality, competencies, and culture-fit during recruitment processes, achieving significant innovations that reduce selection time by 85% and turnover by three times. Prior to Staffly, Filip served as a Content Manager at DDOB from June 2018 to November 2020 and held a Junior Content Manager position simultaneously at Uber. Additionally, Filip gained experience as a Junior Financial/Investigator Specialist Intern at Citi and as a Junior Data Analyst at Idea Bank S.A. from July to September 2017. Filip began entrepreneurial ventures at the age of 16, engaging in dropshipping. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Enterprise Development Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Kozminski University.
