Greg L. Johnson is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, and business development. As Co-Founder and CEO of StaffNow since June 2018, Greg has led the firm to national recognition, achieving three-time Inc. 5000 member status and establishing it as a top MBE through innovative strategies and partnerships. In addition, as Managing Partner of In the Black Capital, LLC, Greg focuses on the growth of minority and blue-collar businesses through micro-investments, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Greg owned Lanier Insurance Group, LLC, where innovative solutions for client financial futures were developed, and served in various managerial roles across several companies, including TalentFactory and Randstad USA. Greg holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona and a BS in Marketing from New Mexico State University.
