Alana Rose is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in retail and client relations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Stafford Communications Group since March 2019, Alana previously worked as a Sales Specialist at Romantic Depot, where responsibilities included social media content creation and inventory management. Prior experience includes roles as a Dog Walker at Playful Paws USA, fostering client relationships and providing attentive animal care, as well as serving as a Brand Ambassador and Assistant Store Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop, managing staff and overseeing store operations. Alana also contributed as an Office Assistant at Aquila Investment Management LLC, supporting various clerical and administrative tasks. Education was pursued at Brookdale Community College from 2013 to 2015.
