Mike Arrigan

Mike Arrigan is a Systems Analyst for the Commissioner of Revenue at Stafford County Government since November 2023. Previously, Mike worked at GEICO from June 2014 to November 2023 in various roles, including Engineer, Technical Analyst, and Senior Software Analyst, where responsibilities involved managing IT projects, reviewing business requirements, and collaborating with software engineers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales, Service, and Claims Representative at GEICO and as a Project Manager and Landscape Designer at Green Scene Landscaping, Inc. Mike began a career in design as an AutoCAD Draftsman and Assistant Project Manager at Development Consulting Services, PLC. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture and Communication Studies from West Virginia University between 2002 and 2008.
