Caroline Tozer has extensive experience in communications and media. Caroline currently works as the Head of Corporate Communications and Engagement for Staffordshire Police. Prior to this, they were the Vice Chair of the Association of Police Communicators, where they played a key role in building relationships between police communicators and promoting the association. Caroline also managed the association's social media and digital platforms.
