Neil Oldfield MSc CMgr MCMI has extensive experience with Staffordshire Police since October 2000, currently serving as a Sergeant in the Public Order, Protest and Football Policing Unit. Throughout this career, Neil has held various leadership roles including Tactical Planning, NICHE Implementation, and Transformational Change Programme, contributing significantly to the design and implementation of new policing models and business processes. Previous roles include managing vulnerability initiatives, and serving as a Deputy Local Policing Commander. Neil's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Mathematics, a Master of Science in Police Leadership, and current pursuit of a Professional Doctorate in Criminology & Criminal Justice at Keele University. Additionally, Neil's early career included positions as a design engineer and a tennis coach.
