Mike Kaszuk

Mike Kaszuk, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Employ Inc. since April 2024, where the focus is on providing people-first recruiting solutions. Additionally, since June 2023, Mike has held the position of GTM Advisor and Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, supporting early-stage B2B software companies. As a Board Advisor at Potion since May 2021, Mike contributes to the development of a video prospecting tool for sales professionals. Previously, Mike accrued extensive experience at SAP from April 2015 to March 2024 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, overseeing go-to-market strategies and operations. A solid foundation in sales management was established through roles at Qlik and Oracle, alongside early career achievements at Object Design Inc. and Waterfield Technology Group Inc. Mike holds an MBA in High Tech and a BBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.
