Mitch Ligtvoet

Mitch Ligtvoet has significant experience in the field of chemistry and coatings, currently serving as the Application Laboratory Manager for Performance Coatings Automotive at Stahl since June 2017. In this role, Mitch leads a team of two lab technicians focused on developing new elastomer coatings and flock adhesives through application testing. Previously, Mitch worked as an Application Technician, applying and testing elastomer coatings on automotive door profiles. Mitch also served as an Assistant Manager at Het Pannekoeckershuys, overseeing kitchen staff and quality control, and completed internships at Mercachem and SPGPrints B.V., focusing on compound synthesis and the development of a chrome-free coating, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Avans University and a degree in Chemistry from Radboud University.
