Kate Neal

Kate Neal is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Staircase AI since October 2021. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Director of Customer Success at Engage3 from December 2020 to October 2021. Kate's experience also includes various roles at CommerceIQ, including Senior Engagement Manager and several other engagement management positions from July 2018 to December 2020. Additionally, Kate worked at SellerEngine Software as a Senior Account Manager for the Enterprise division from April 2011 to July 2018.
