Giulia Belloni

Giulia Belloni has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and coordination. Giulia started their career at Vita e Pensiero as Head of Sales from 2007 to 2011. Giulia then moved to Mercer as an HR Consultant and Project Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Sogefi Group, where they held various roles, including Central HR Business Partner and Group HR Process Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they were the HR Director EMEA for A&C and Filtration BU at Sogefi Group. Recently, in 2022, they transitioned to Stallergenes Greer as the HR Director for Europe & International. Giulia'sexperience showcases a strong background in HR leadership and strategic HR activities.

Giulia Belloni's education history includes a Master's degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2009. Giulia also completed post-graduate courses in Italian Labour Law and Diversity Management in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Additionally, they pursued further studies in French Labor Law in 2016 and Comp & Ben Manager in 2017. Furthermore, Giulia attended training programs in Finance for non-finance managers in 2020 and Developing Emerging Leaders in 2022 at Cegos and INSEAD, respectively. Giulia also obtained a Bronze Phish Level certification in Cyber Resilience in 2023.
