Melissa A. Schmidt

Melissa A. Schmidt began their work experience as Corporate Counsel at Fresenius Medical Care North America in 2001. Melissa A. then moved on to become Assistant General Counsel at Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. in 2005, where they held the position until 2017. Following this, Melissa worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at a consulting firm from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they served as Counselor at Law and Director of Compliance Services at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. / Porzio Life Sciences from 2019 to early 2020, before taking on the role of Vice President, Legal and People Ops Americas at Stallergenes Greer in February 2020.

Melissa A. Schmidt obtained a BA in Political Science from Regis College in 1998. Melissa A. then went on to earn a JD from New England Law | Boston in 2001. In 2022, they also obtained a certification in "The HR Executive Suite Connection" from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
