Amber White, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Amber began their career as a Billing and Customer Support Representative at GoDaddy, where they assisted customers with account tasks and provided proactive assistance for completing purchases. Amber then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Generalist, conducting interviews and managing annual benefit enrollment meetings. Amber later became a Special Program Coordinator and a New Hire Training Specialist, delivering training modules and assisting with curriculum development. Amber then took on the role of Specialty Trainer, before being promoted to Call Center Manager, where they collaborated with supervisors and coaches to achieve team goals. Amber continued to work at GoDaddy as a Care Center Coach, providing coaching plans and support to struggling agents. Amber'smost recent role was as a Quality Management Specialist at GoDaddy, focusing on quality assurance and management. In 2019, Amber joined Stamats as the Human Resources Director.
