Amy MacKey Goodman

Amy Mackey Goodman has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Engagement, Talent & Organization Development at Stamford Health since November 2018. In this role, Amy is responsible for the creation and implementation of leadership development programs, strategic planning, and organizational consulting. Previously, Amy held positions such as Sr. Learning and Development Specialist at Daymon, Learning and Development Specialist at Purdue Pharma L.P., and Learning and Talent Development Consultant at EndGoal Strategies LLC, among others. Amy's early career included roles in health promotion and instructional design, providing foundational expertise in program evaluation and educational course design. Amy holds a Master of Public Health in Prevention Science from Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University.
